Ingredients
6 Traditional Hot Cross Buns
1 wheel camembert cheese
5 small rosemary sprigs
6 slices bresaola
1 apricot, halved
4 slices dried peaches
2 bunches muscatels
2 tbs almonds
1 tbs pecans
2 tsp honey
Method

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180C

Step 2
Place the camembert onto an oven tray and pierce with rosemary sprigs

Bake for 20 min or until soft to touch

In the meantime, slice the Traditional Hot Cross Buns into 1-1.5cm pieces. Toast until golden brown

Place cheese onto serving board along with hot cross buns, bresaola, apricot, dried peaches, muscatels and almonds
