PROMOTER'S DETAILS

1. The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd ABN 88 052 528 202 of Level 1 293 Camberwell Road Camberwell Victoria Australia 3124 Promoter.

Promotional Period

1. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 6 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 19 March 2026 (Promotional Period).

Acceptance and Application of Terms

1. These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the conduct of the Bakers Delight "Win 1 of 10 Bakers Delight Merch Packs" Promotion (Promotion), including entry into and participation in the Promotion by entrants (Entrants).

2. Information regarding Prizes and how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

3. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the Terms at the time of participation.

4. The Promoter's decision not to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. The Promoter may rely on the Terms even if an Entrant's ineligibility is discovered after a Prize has been awarded. Return of a Prize may be required.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time, subject to applicable laws, licences or permit requirements.

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian permanent residents who meet the following criteria:

a. Entrants aged 18 years or over who comply with clause 10

b. Entrants aged under 18 years who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian and comply with clause 10

The parent or guardian of an underage Entrant must read and consent to these Terms and may be required to confirm consent. Entries that fail to disclose age or provide required consent will be invalid. Eligible Entrants are collectively referred to as Eligible Entrants.

2. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

a. Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter, its related corporations and franchisees, including immediate family members

b. Advertising and sales promotion agencies of the Promoter

c. Any other suppliers or entities associated with the Promotion

Entry

1. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:

a. Complete all required fields of the online entry form at https://www.bakersdelight.com.au/Easter-egg-hunt-competition/

b. Submit an answer to the question "What is the Easter Egg Codeword?"

2. Entrants may only enter in their own name.

3. Each entry is automatically entered once the online entry form is successfully submitted.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.

5. The Promoter may verify:

a. The eligibility of an Entrant

b. The validity of an entry

6. The Promoter may disqualify any entry or Entrant that is invalid, ineligible or not compliant with these Terms.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted or incorrectly submitted entries. Such entries are deemed invalid.

8. The Promoter is not liable for issues arising from communications networks, websites, apps or systems beyond its control.

9. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing and maintaining their Dough Getters Account, app or internet services.

10. Entries cannot be withdrawn, altered or deleted once submitted unless deemed invalid.

11. If Entrant information is incorrect, the entry will be invalid.

12. Automated or repeated entry methods are prohibited and will render all entries invalid.

13. Conduct that interferes with the lawful operation of the Promotion will result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves rights to seek compensation for loss or damage.

Prizes

1. Ten individual prize packs are available, with a total prize pool value of $297.

2. Each prize pack includes:

a. One Bakers Delight branded Hot Cross Bun cap valued at $13.70

b. One Bakers Delight branded Hot Cross Bun socks valued at $10

c. One Bakers Delight branded Hot Cross Bun tote bag valued at $6

3. No bonus prizes will be awarded.

4. Winners will be selected and notified as outlined below.

Prize Draw

1. Ten winners will be selected at 2:00pm AEST on Monday, 16 March 2026 at Level 1, 293 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell, Victoria, Australia 3124.

2. This is a skill based competition. Winners are selected based on accuracy of responses at the Promoter's discretion.

3. All valid entries are automatically included in the prize draw.

4. Winners will be notified by email within five business days. If no response is received within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.

5. Winners will be published within 30 days at https://www.bakersdelight.com.au/promotional-terms-conditions/

Claiming and Redeeming Prizes

1. Entrants must ensure they can be contacted via their nominated contact details.

2. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

3. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the winner being identified.

4. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures beyond its reasonable control.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

1. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners.

2. Unclaimed or invalid prizes will be included in an unclaimed prize draw.

3. The unclaimed prize draw will occur at 2.00pm AEST on Wednesday, 7 April 2026 at the Promoter's head office.

4. All eligible entries from the Promotional Period will be included.

5. Winners will be notified within five business days.

6. Results will be published at https://www.bakersdelight.com.au/doughgetters/apptermsandconditions/

Privacy

1. Entrant information will be used only in accordance with these Terms.

2. The Promoter's privacy policy is available at https://www.bakersdelight.com.au/privacy/

3. Winners consent to:

a. Publication of last name, first name initial and locality

b. Use of name, likeness, image or voice for promotional purposes without compensation

General

1. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Except for non excludable guarantees, all liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Promoter is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, fraud, lost entries, prize value variations or use of prizes.

4. The Promoter may modify or cancel the Promotion if required by circumstances beyond its control.

5. Disputes will be considered fairly. All Promoter decisions are final.

Definitions

1. For the purposes of these Terms:

a. Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

b. Immediate family includes spouse, former spouse, partner, child, parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, sibling or first cousin

c. All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars

Only available to select members. Only valid at the winner’s nominated Bakers Delight bakery. Valid for 12 months from when the prize is awarded. Subject to availability. One stamp per $6 spent. $12 is the maximum amount that can be redeemed per week. No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, available with any other offer or prize and is not transferable.
