    Hi my husband and I are avid buyers of your beautiful bread. We do not buy any other bread other than Bakers Delight. We buy multiple white loaves to freeze so we do not run out. It’s the softest most delicious bread we have ever. We go on holidays and have to find a Bakers Delight. We also love your scones and pizzas. We do not generally shop sweet things but the scones are awesome. Please do not close in our area or we are really stuck. Our card gets stamped a lot so we are able to take advantage of a free loaf. As we have had older kids at home and grandchildren they love nannies ham, honey and peanut sandwiches and you can imagine we go through a lot. Thank you so much it’s the best ever bread as are many of your others in store.

    Our family loves Bakers Delight and buy lots of different products every week. We buy multiple white block loaves and have some cut thin and some cut thick so its great for toast and great for sandwiches. Shopping weekly, we stock up and freeze it too. Always defrosts fresh and soft but still has that firm outside crust. Yum!

    Bread always tastes fresh even after a few days (unlike the supermarket bought bread) but I go through it normally quicker than that with four hungry mouths to feed every day so normally buy 3 to 4 loaves at a time and freeze it but sometimes they don’t last the week and it’s a second trip to Baker’s Delight for me!

    Best bread ever, always soft and fresh. I buy multiple loaves at a time and freeze, even after freezing it’s still just as fresh and soft as if you’d just bought it from the store.

    My favourite bread ever, don’t buy any other white bread, only now from Bakers Delight at our great local store in Mount Barker. This bread with a little butter is great even eating on its own, love all their products but this is simply plain and delicious.

    My husband will only eat Bakers Delight bread, we always buy the Everyday White Block Loaf with seeds on the outside cut on toast. The girls at the store are great and know my order everytime I come in, I don’t even have to ask. It lasts really well and I am there at least twice a week as we like to buy it fresh.

Our Bakers Delight White bread is made from real, raw, and simple ingredients with no added nasty preservatives – flour, water, salt, yeast, canola oil, soy flour, and vitamins (Thiamin, and Folic Acid). The main component is refined wheat flour, which has had the bran and germ removed, resulting in a lighter texture and milder flavour. The dough is kneaded, allowed to rise, and then baked to create the soft and fluffy slices of white bread you know and love.

White bread has a rich history that dates back centuries. Its origins can be traced to ancient civilisations in Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Greece, where refined flour and yeast were used to create leavened bread. Over time, white bread gained popularity worldwide and became a staple in many cultures. Today, it is enjoyed in various forms across the globe, with different countries and regions incorporating their own unique techniques and recipes into the production of this beloved bread.

The main difference between white bread and brown bread lies in the type of flour used. White bread is typically made from refined wheat flour, where the bran and germ are removed during the milling process – this makes for a softer fluffier bread. In contrast, brown bread (not to be confused with wholegrain bread) refers to bread that has a darker colour, often achieved by adding caramel or molasses to the dough, and it usually contains the bran and germ. These additions often result in a denser texture and a nuttier flavour, compared to the lighter and milder taste of white bread.
