Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Wholegrain Block Loaf, toasted
180g tuna in spring water
1 large avocado
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 red onion, diced
Fresh dill
Squeeze of lemon
2 tbsp pesto
1 large tomato

Step 1
Step 1: Combine half the avocado, tuna, yoghurt, mustard, onion, dill & lemon in a mixing bowl and mash until well combined

To assemble your sandwich, spread one piece of toast with 1 tbs of pesto, then slices of tomato, on the other slice of toast place slices of avocado followed by 2 heaped tsp of the tuna mixture
