Summer Crostini Recipe
Light, bright, and bursting with flavour! These summer crostini feature tangy goat cheese, fresh fruit, and a sprinkle of herbs for the ultimate entertaining bite!

FEATURING White Breadstick
1 x Bakers Delight White Breadstick
2 tbsp oil
120g goat cheese
Crostini Toppings
10 blueberries
2 crushed walnuts
1 sprig thyme
1 tbsp honey

3 thin slices of prosciutto
2 thin slices of peach
3 basil leaves
1 tbsp balsamic glaze

9 slices of strawberry
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
1 tbsp honey

3 thin slices of prosciutto
2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 basil leaves
1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2
Cut the Baker Delight baguette into 12 even slices.

Step 3
Place each piece of bread on a baking tray and top each piece evenly with olive oil. Bake for 6 minutes or until crusty (being careful not to burn as the edges will cook faster).

Step 4
Remove from the oven and top all pieces with goat cheese.

Top each crostini with the above ingredients, serve and enjoy!
