Ingredients
6 Pack of Bakers Delight Sticky Date Hot Cross Buns
1 litre vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Raspberries, optional

Step 1
Slice each Sticky Date Hot Cross Bun in half. Place onto a lined baking tray and put under the grill for 2-5 mins until golden and toasted

Step 2
Put each toasted Sticky Date Hot Cross Bun on a plate and top the bottom half with 1 scoop of Vanilla, top with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce and finish with the top half of the Hot Cross Bun

Serve immediately with optional raspberries on the side
