Ingredients
2 baby cos lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup (25g) walnuts, chopped
4 celery sticks, finely sliced
1/2 Spanish onion, finely sliced
2 red apples, cored and finely sliced
2 smoked chicken breasts, shredded
8 sliced pancetta, grilled and roughly chopped
1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped
1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise dressing
1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Baguette, cut into four and sliced

Place baby cos lettuce, walnuts, celery, Spanish onion, apples, chicken, pancetta, dill, chives and mayonnaise dressing into a bowl
