We’ve also added dill which is the perfect accompaniment to the rich smoky salmon. Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna Loaf (2 slices per person)
1 cup of cream cheese
100g smoked salmon
2 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Fresh dill
Salt & Pepper

Step 1
Prep your veggies for the open sandwiches

Divide the cream cheese between the 4 slices of Sourdough Vienna

On top of the cream cheese layer the sliced cucumber, red onion & smoked salmon. Season with salt & pepper
