The star of our pumpkin pizza topping is the char grilled pumpkin, with a rich and smoky flavour that enhances its natural sweetness. With rocket and toasted pine nuts as the finishing touch, you’ll soon be adding this to your regular rotation.

Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Pizza Base
3 tbs tomato paste
4 slices, fresh mozzarella
150g chargrilled pumpkin
1 tbs caramelised onion relish
1/4 cup (50g) goats cheese, crumbled
1 handful rocket leaves
1 tsp pine nuts, toasted

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C

Place pizza base onto oven tray and spread with tomato paste

Top with mozzarella, chargrilled pumpkin and caramelised onion relish

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden
