Ingredients

Ingredients

1 cup Bakers Delight Wholemeal Loaf, crumbed
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup milled flaxseed

Method

    1. Step 1

In a bowl, combine (with a mixer) the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter until mixture is smooth

    2. Step 2

Measure out 1 cup of Wholemeal Loaf. Pulse the bread in a blender or a food processor until it turns into breadcrumbs, make sure the crumbs aren’t too large or too fine. Take out half of the bread crumbs and add them into the bowl with the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter

    3. Step 3

Without rinsing the blender, add the oats, shredded coconut and flaxseed. Pulse until the oats and coconut are crumbled together. Pour out the ingredients into the bowl

    4. Step 4

Using the paddle attachment, turn on the mixer and combine all the ingredients on low until they are sticky

    5. Step 5

Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form balls with your hands by squishing the content together. Place the balls onto a sheet of baking paper and freeze for 30 minutes

    6. Step 6

Store in the fridge or freezer. Although the freezer is preferred if you’ll be packing these in lunches
