Prosciutto Picnic Baguette

Introduction

Not all picnic sandwiches are created equal! Don’t waste time on those soggy sangas and enjoy a freshly baked Sourdough Baguette instead, stuffed with salty prosciutto, blue cheese and pear.

Ingredients

Method

Divide the Sourdough Baguette into 4 even pieces. Slice each one in half and set aside

In a small bowl, combine the horseradish crème, Dijon mustard, and whole egg mayonnaise 

Spread over all pieces of baguette and top with rocket, blue cheese, prosciutto and pear

Top with remaining pieces of baguette pieces and serve
