Ingredients
3 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Wholemeal Block Loaf or Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
220g raw prawn meat
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg white
80g sesame seeds
1 tbsp finely chopped chives (for garnish)
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method

Step 1
Place raw prawns, spring onions, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and egg white in a food processor. Blend until smooth

Step 2
Spread the mixture evenly across 3 pieces of your Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Wholemeal or White Block Loaf and place the prawn mixture face down into a plate of sesame seeds

Place in the air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Step 4
Remove from the air fryer, chop into triangles and top with the chives. Serve with the sweet chilli sauce and enjoy!
