Ingredients
6 Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns
225g softened cream cheese
2 eggs
150ml milk
1 tbsp chocolate powder
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 packet mini eggs

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Whip together the cream cheese, eggs, milk and chocolate powder till smooth

Slice the hot cross bun into halves, lightly butter a baking tray and evenly place 4 of the hot cross buns in the tray
