Preheat oven to 180°c

Cut the rolls lengthways to open up the middle

Spread the cranberry sauce evenly across the bases of the four buns

Evenly layer the 9 slices of turkey breast and the slices of brie and parsley

Place the top of the bread on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes

Remove from the oven, cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
