4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
9 slices of turkey breast
125g brie, sliced
2 stems of chopped parsley leaves

Preheat oven to 180°c

Cut the rolls lengthways to open up the middle

Spread the cranberry sauce evenly across the bases of the four buns
