Ingredients
8-10 slices Bakers Delight Pane Di Casa Vienna
2 zucchinis
2 capsicums
4 mini peppers
1 red onion
1 tub of pesto
100g of burrata
Method

Step 1
Thinly slice the zucchini, slice the capsicums into sticks and red onion into small chunks. Using a hot sandwich press or frying pan, grill all of the vegetables until well cooked
