Ingredients
2 slices Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna
2 tbsp pesto
2 eggs
1/2 an avocado (mashed)
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes (optional to taste)

Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of pesto

Crack the eggs in slowly and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the egg white is fully cooked
