6 Apple & Cinnamon Hot Cross Buns
1 French Baguette
1 container beetroot hummus
1 container sweet potato dip
Carrot sticks
Cucumber Sticks
Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Berries
Easter eggs
Butter to serve
Bunch of carrots with their tops for decoration

Method

    1. Step 1

      Prep your veggie sticks and transfer the dips & butter to a nice serving bowls

    2. Step 2

      To assemble your brunch table, arrange your hot cross buns & berries on a large board

    3. Step 3

      On a second board, slice the French Baguette then assemble with the veggie sticks, cherry tomatoes & dips

    4. Step 4

      Place the Easter eggs into small serving bowls
