FEATURING Sourdough Vienna
Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna
2 eggs
Jam of your choice
250g Butter
Dash of milk
3 slices Danish Havarti cheese
Salt & pepper
Method

Step 1
Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water, place the pan over medium heat

Bring to a gentle simmer, gently boil for 3 minutes for a soft-boiled egg, 6 minutes for a medium-boiled egg, and 8 minutes for a hard-boiled egg

While your eggs are boiling, place your butter into a medium bowl, add a dash of milk and whip with beaters until light and fluffy (5-10 mins)

Assemble your Danish breakfast plate with slices of fresh Sourdough Vienna, boiled eggs, jam, whipped butter, Danish Havarti cheese slices, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
