Ingredients
8 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
300g sausages of your choice
1 egg
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Tomato sauce (for serving)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Cut the crust off the slices of bread (optional) and use a rolling pin to flatten

Decase the sausage mince and place one heaped teaspoon at the base of each piece of bread and roll tightly to form the sausage roll

Evenly place each roll on a lined baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the outside is golden brown
