Overnight Bircher Oats with Yoghurt & Fruit

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 ¼ cup light milk
1 ¼ cup fresh orange juice, no added sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
20g walnuts, chopped coarsely
15g almonds, slivered or cut coarsely
½ sliced Granny Smith apple
Method

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine oats, spices, coconut, nuts and apple

Step 2
Pour in milk and juice and mix until well combined and liquid is covering the mixture completely

Step 3
Cover with a lid or foil and place in the fridge overnight

Step 4
Serve with unsweetened Greek yoghurt and chopped fruit
