Ingredients
2 bananas, fresh or frozen
1 tsp nut butter of choice, no added salt or sugar varieties
3 tbsp rolled oats
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
¾ cup milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 Medjool dates
1 tsp cinnamon
Water for desired consistency
