1 Bakers Delight French Baguette
1 brown onion, diced
1 packet of nacho spice mix
1 tin black beans
1 tin diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
1 avocado, mashed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1 tub sour cream
Fresh herbs

Method

    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 180°C

    2. Step 2

      In a medium sauce pan over medium heat sauté the onion until soft, add the spice mix, beans & tin of tomatoes. Cook until well combined and beans are slightly softened

    3. Step 3

      Take your Bakers Delight French Baguette & thinly slice it. Place the Baguette slices onto a lined baking tray & spray lightly with oil. Place into the oven for 10 mins or until golden & toasted

    4. Step 4

      Once your Baguette slices are ready, evenly layer with the spiced bean mix & then top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted

    5. Step 5

      Top your nachos with dollops of avocado & sour cream then sprinkle over the fresh diced tomatoes & optional herbs. Serve immediately
