Ingredients
4 slices of Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Wholegrain Block Loaf
2 tablespoons hummus
½ avocado, thinly sliced
1 x tomato, sliced
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1 cup carrot, grated
A handful of mixed leaves

Step 1
Spread a tablespoon of Hummus each over two slices of bread. Then add the sliced avocado, tomato and cucumber

Top with grated carrot, mixed leaves, and remaining bread. Cut and enjoy
