Ingredients
4 slices of Bakers Delight Apple & Cinnamon Sourdough Loaf
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp butter
8 bamboo skewers
Raspberries
Strawberries
1 tbsp icing sugar
Maple syrup for serving

Step 1
Crack eggs into a medium bowl & whisk thoroughly. Add milk, vanilla & maple syrup. Whisk to combine

Heat a large fry pan over medium heat, add the butter and melt

Step 3
Dip the slices of Apple & Cinnamon Sourdough Loaf into the egg mixture, coating both sides and then place into the fry pan. Cook slices for about 2 minutes per side or until both sides are golden brown

Cut each cooked piece of French toast into cubes

Skewer three French toast cubes, 1 raspberry, 1 strawberry & 1 blueberry per skewer

Once you’ve made all your skewers, dust with icing sugar and serve with extra maple syrup
