FAQ’s

Are croissants for breakfast or dinner?

The humble and buttery croissant is best enjoyed for breakfast. While you can eat them whenever you like, they’re great for luxuriating over with a hot beverage and your favourite topping. Try them with butter, jam, hazelnut spread and strawberries for a delicious breakfast treat. Or, for something more substantial, top them with cheese, tomato, bacon or spinach for a warm and hearty meal. The perfect way to ease yourself into the day!

What is really good on toast?

Toast is one of those things that tastes good with a range of toppings. If you have a sweet tooth, try things like hearty jams, fresh figs and whipped ricotta or chocolate spreads and juicy strawberries. For the savoury lovers, you can’t beat smashed avo, eggs how you like them, roasted cherry tomatoes and cheesy spreads. The ultimate chameleon of the breakfast world, toast can be whatever you want it to be!

What is the secret to good toast?

The secret to good toast is to start with fresh high-quality bread. This ensures that the inside has enough moisture in it to stay soft in the toaster (or the air fryer!). Thick slices work well, especially if it’s a fluffy loaf, as this means you’ll get a good contrast between the inside and the outside of the toast. When it’s in the toaster, keep an eye on it—you’re looking for a golden brown crispy outside with a soft centre. When it’s done, enjoy it with your favourite spread.
