Seriously tasty, crusty, chewy & very healthy bread for weight loss. I love that it has no oil or sugar. I get filled up quickly. It is reasonably priced. After researching a large amount of healthy breads (including organic) from various brands, this is the only bread loaf my husband and I now eat. We are both athletic people and do a lot of exercise. With the recommended serving sizes, it is very filling. The calories are reasonable. I love this sourdough rye bread assists with my whole plant-based diet and healthy lifestyle. Rye flour has numerous benefits to enjoy. I highly recommend this bread. It is definitely worth a try.

Love, love, love this bread! It is seriously delicious, addictive but in a good way as it is highly nutritious and full of wonderful fibre. Also low GI and assists with weight loss, this is a wonderful, nutritious and delicious staple in my diet.
