Tried this bread for the first time this morning… I’m not a fan of the thick chunky slices so I just chose a smaller end piece one. Had one slice with peanut butter and high potency Manuka Honey. Suffering with digestive issues this bread allows you to get the sourdough health benefits and aids in gut health. Tasty bread overall. 🙂

I selected for health low GI/GL/ sourdough/wholegrain and it tastes the best love it as toast. So difficult to stop eating it when fresh. Great with avocado, as sandwiches or just vegemite.

Have tried it with just butter (yesterday), and with butter, onion relish and tomato (this morning). Tomorrow: avocado. One slice is enough, and it’s so tasty. Wonder what the German bakers would call it? Mehrkornbrot?
I may never go back to white supermarket bread again.
