This Turkish bread with large sea salt is the best bread you make in my opinion. It is so versatile. It has an amazing texture and a lovely understated flavour. It can stand alone or enhance anything you have with it. I love it with home made soup or with Camembert cheese and sun-dried tomatoes or marinate olives.
