I have been buying this loaf for a long while now. I especially love it coated with Poppyseeds, which Wynyard Bakers Delight produce. It is scrumptious either for sandwiches or toasted. It is wonderfully light and fully of protein, fibre and grains. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I love this bread. It’s very grainy and quite chewy. Much better than the mass produced stuff through the major supermarkets. Sadly, there are only two pieces of crust. I can’t get enough of the crust!

I have suffered IBS over 30 years and have needed to avoid flour products.. strangely enough even gluten free foods.. however, I have sneaked treats on rare occassions and yes .. paid the price?
HOWEVER!!!! To my delighted surprise.. I have not had one attack with this loaf???
