My first time experiencing the darling combination of lemon and blueberry in a scone, and Bakers Delight absolutely makes it work. They are a little denser than the original scone but that’s how I like my flavoured scones – makes it a little bit more like a dessert and adds a touch of decadence to my morning tea which always leaves me feeling satisfied! The blueberries are juicy, the lemon curd is tangy and both of these elements contribute to the moistness of the scone. They smell amazing too – a bright, citrusy aroma which never fails to make a cold wintry morning more bearable.
