Such a delicious and healthy quick breakfast option too. Packed with Yummy seeds and bursting flavours of fruit. Lovely toasted with butter and cup of coffee. Definitely my favourite compared to other fruit buns. Natural and satisfying. The only bad thing is trying to find stores that stock them which is a shame as I am addicted to these and not all bakers make this range.
