Tahlia Phillips –
If I had to describe what this Danish means to me in one word it would have the feeling of “Home”. Even though I can’t have gluten anymore…I remember these sweet treats being the one thing my mum and I would share together on our special mother-daughter outings. I still enjoy buying her an Apricot Danish every now and again just to remind ourselves of that childhood memory and what it meant to me. This Danish is a perfect treat for those long commutes, and family picnics and will hopefully inspire other mums to share a little tradition with their daughters…
