1 x Bakers Delight White Breadstick
1 x 100g packet of Smoked Salmon
2 x Cos Lettuce
1 x Cucumber
2 x Lemons
5 x Radishes
200g Brie
100g Cornichons
¼ cup Capers
Fresh Dill to garnish

Method

    1. Step 1

      Prep your ingredients; finely slice the radishes & lemons, slice the brie, halve the cornichons & create thin strips of cucumber with a peeler

    2. Step 2

      On a large round plate, assemble your wreath with layers of lettuce, cucumber, salmon, lemon & brie. Garnish with pieces of radish, cornichons, capers & fresh dill

    3. Step 3

      Serve with slices of fresh Bakers Delight White Breadstick
