2 zucchinis
2 capsicums
4 mini peppers
1 red onion
1 tub of pesto
100g of burrata

Method

    1. Step 1

      Thinly slice the zucchini, slice the capsicums into sticks and red onion into small chunks. Using a hot sandwich press or frying pan, grill all of the vegetables until well cooked

      Toast the slices of Bakers Delight Pane Di Casa Vienna

      On a large platter, arrange the grilled vegetables with a small bowl of pesto, then top with teared pieces of burrata. Serve with the toasted bread. Enjoy immediately
