Can’t even say how thrilled I am that Bakers Delight are making these LowFOD rolls and loaves. For the last few years I’d had to resort to gluten free bread to avoid FODMAPs, and it’s safe to say fresh and fluffy can’t be used to describe even the best gluten free breads I have found. Being able to have a soft roll for lunch again is something I’m incredibly grateful for, these rolls are amazing.

These aren’t just great because we low-FODMAPers have no alternative — they’re genuinely delicious, soft-textured and absolutely divine ^_^ It’s so amazing to be able to eat bread that’s soft and packed with grains! It genuinely feels like a treat when I eat these =D They’re great for sandwiches and burgers, and fantastic toasted with your favourite spread (mine is Tofutti’s Better Than Cream Cheese!). Absolutely cannot recommend these highly enough! ^_^

When I can find a store that still has this roll I stock up and freeze them as I love them so much. They are just like a normal bread roll which I had missed out on while doing the Low FODMAP diet. Taste is great.

Love these rolls fresh for lunch for a great salad roll and the next day or two for when they are a bit stale, easy to slice up and toast (my favourite). Taste and texture are great and even better for my sensitive tummy.

Absolutely love these rolls, they are so good with soup and perfect for homemade burgers, unlike a lot of the gluten free option breads. My partner loves them to. Just need low fodmap cheesymite scrolls to be made in WA now 🙂
